At PetVet Animal Health Center we want to meet the needs of each and every pet that stays with us, as well as your needs as our client and your pet’s caretaker. We realize that being away from your pet can be stressful for both of you and we offer a variety of services to minimize that stress for everyone (people and pets!) involved. You can find more information about our boarding packages below.
Pet Boarding Packages
Both dogs and cats find a home away from home with us. We offer two levels of boarding accommodations for our canine and feline guests.
Standard Accommodations:
- A crate or cat condo complimenting their size
- Bedding cleaned daily, or more frequently as needed
- Food and water (you can bring your pet’s food from home if you like)
- Three daily walks for dogs
Deluxe Accommodations:
- Every amenity in Standard Accommodations
- Play time, either in our outdoor facility for dogs, or indoor cat play area
- Daily text updates to “mom” or “dad”
- Mid-day treat buffet
- $5 off a bath on the day of departure for dogs
If you have more than one dog or more than one cat staying with us and they can share the same accommodation and play time, the second pet will be added at the standard accommodations rate.
Boarding Requirements
Our pet boarding area is a flea-free facility, so your pet must have proper flea prevention and be free of fleas at check-in. For the safety and well-being of all of our guests the following vaccinations must also be up-to-date:
- Rabies for all animals
- DA2PPv for dogs
- FVRCP for cats
- Bordetella (canine kennel cough)
- Canine influenza (dog flu)

Come visit us! I have always believed that as a client and pet owner you should have access to any area of our hospital that isn’t restricted due to safety or patient care concerns. We want you to be comfortable leaving your pets with us, and for a lot of you, that means having the opportunity to see where your pets will be staying and meet some of the people that will be caring for them. So, if you would like a tour of our facility, you are hereby invited to come by for a visit. Just stop by at any time that is convenient for you.
